SERVICES
Aviation Innovation & Management, LLC (AIM) offers a wide array of services to manage aviation assets on your behalf. Specializing in the B737 aircraft engine line including PW JT8D, CFMI CFM56-3, -7, and CFM Leap. We also provide support for the CF6-50 and CF6-80C2 product lines. ASSET PRE-PURCHASEÂ INSPECTION

MATERIAL SUPPLY PROGRAM
Unprecedented efforts of efficiently and effectively supplying high quality, high demand engine and aircraft "Overhauled", "Repaired", "Inspected/Tested" and Used "Serviceable" Material. We also strive to ensure fair market value on all part quotes and repair estimates because returning customers are more valuable than supplemental profits.
TRAINING SERVICES
We also provide general familiarization training for all CFM56 product lines. We can set up and implement a structure for shop inspection and repair processes via acquisition of the 3 Ts: Training, Tooling, and Technical Data.
AUDIT PREPARATION
Have an FAA or vendor audit coming up? Want to obtain ISO9001 accreditation? AS9110? We provide consulting and will perform a shop audit of your facility to prepare you for the actual examination.
ENGINE LEASE MANAGEMENT
AIM will provide engine lease management and solutions that are flexible to your needs. This includes engine records analysis, lease return inspections, on-wing support and more.
